My stay at Kachina Lodge was an very nice experience, thanks to the superb location just a stone's throw from the Grand Canyon, though I did notice a musty smell in the room. The view from my second-floor room was stunning, offering unobstructed canyon sights, and the amenities were satisfying even if a bit dated. Overall, I had a wonderful time exploring the area, but the odor in the room was hard to overlook.

The lodge felt run-down and could really use some updates, but at least everything was clean and operational.
